Charm
Charm was the only female to have white
markings, so it was very easy to pick her out of
a crowd.  She had a wonderful temperament.  On
the second trip out to visit the ducks, Charm
"came to life".  It was so very neat to watch all
the puppies with the ducks.  Charm is now living
near the mountains of NC with the Wilson's.
She in a breeding home and I can't wait to see
her offspring sometime in the future.

She is wonderful. She goes in her crate at bedtime. I get up in the night and let her out and she sleeps until morning. She plays
outside all day with Diva. All the dogs got treats for Christmas. I gave Brook one and Diva took it away from her. I saw Brook go
over and get one end and Diva had the other end. They were cute playing with the chew stick. I'm sure Diva finally won; she
wasn't ill at her at all. She loves the puppy company. She has calmed down a lot and has settled in like she has always been here.

I wish I had had my camera the other day. My baby, Olivia, and Charm were playing tug-of-war. Olivia had a long stick and
Charm had one end of it. She could have easily taken it from her, but she didn't. She just played with her ever so gently. She
could have pulled her down, but she didn't. She was so sweet with her. Her coat is so nice and soft and shiny, like Becca's. She is
still talking up a storm. She wants to talk to me so badly. I got home from work last night at 1:00 am. She was waiting for me.
We went in and I gave her a chew bone. She said "thank you" and went in the living room. She and Diva are best buddies. I'm
trying to stop her from taking up bad habits like running up to the neighbor's house and barking. Charm usually stops when I call
her name, the others keep right on truck'n.

I wanted to give you an update on Charmie. She is a wonderful little dog. My daughter took some pictures and we need to get
them on a disc so I can send you a picture of her and the new puppies. She loves them. She plays with them and watches over
them. My mother loves her. My mom is handicapped with Parkinson's and Charm comes over to the car and lays her head in my
mom's lap. She is a sweetie.

On a sad note, Charm's life ended tragically today due to internal injuries after being hit by a truck.  Understandably, Jana and her
family were devastated by the loss as were we, at the Wingler household.  Charm will always be remembered for her smiles and
her ability to relate to all the people in her life.  She will be greatly missed.
